Patient is a bitch

This female patient i have to attend to 3x a week is a sorry sack of shit. She fried her organs doing cocaine and the state took away her kids. She sits on her fat ass and jots in her journal (probably nonsense) snd scowls and makes crappy comments under her breath.now i mostly ignore her except to give her treatments to the body she abused, She thinks she is highly intellectual, but she isn’t.
