I give up. I tried the peaceful way of just killing cyclists that don't use lights but my appeals for others to join in have fallen of deaf ears. I have killed two but seams to make no difference. The media diddint even repot on it. I deliberately target foreiner as they were less likly to get me caught but the police must have found somthing by now. I now hae no choise but to plant a non leathal explosive device in the Saint Davids 2 Cardiff shopping centre if I continue to see no imporovement. If that fails I will deploy a bartium nitrate high explosive charge. I allready have the high explovive ready to go but I will try the low yeild black powder based explosive first. This is not a joke. I have tis ready to go.
